You will help manage commercial and class action litigation matters, draft pleadings and briefs, handle discovery, support case strategy, and contribute to oral advocacy in a team oriented practice. Ideal Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a 4th to 6th year Commercial Litigation Associate with:
- 4 to 6 years of litigation experience gained in a law firm setting or through a judicial clerkship
- Experience with complex commercial litigation, with consumer, product liability, employment, or wage and hour class action experience preferred
- Strong litigation fundamentals including pleadings, brief writing, discovery, deposition preparation, and case strategy
- Excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and strong academic credentials
- Active Washington Bar admission or ability to waive in, with ability to work in office five days per week in Seattle
