The Opportunity
You will support M and A transactions, corporate governance, and a range of corporate and financing matters. Ideal Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a 5 to 9 year Corporate Associate Attorney with:
- 5 to 9 years of corporate transactional experience
- Significant M and A experience
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across core transaction documents
- Transaction management experience, including diligence and closing coordination
- Client facing experience, ideally from an Am Law firm or a sophisticated corporate boutique
