Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Impact Staffing International (ISI) is looking for a skilled Millwork Account Manager with 3-5 years of experience in millwork inside sales in Irving, Texas. This position is responsible for daily data entry of orders and job addresses, entering quotes, printing and proofing orders and quotes, identifying special order products and cost, scheduling, admin duties, communicating with customers, and supporting the outside sales team. They need excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, a great multi-tasker, someone who is very organized, and someone who can work with a sense of urgency. This candidate needs experience with ERP systems. They will be onsite from 7AM-4PM daily. It’s very important for this person to understand the industry. We are looking for someone who has a go-getter attitude and can thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Required Skills And Background

  • 3-5 years of experience in millwork inside sales
  • ERP system experience or similar tracking software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficient time management skills to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Must be comfortable with making decisions and flexible to changing needs
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
  • Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish)

Other Demands:

  • Must pass a background check

Client Benefits Include:

  • Short-term disability (at a very reasonable rate to employees) available after 60 days
  • $50,000 life insurance policy on all employees (as long as they are employed with West Pac) at NO CHARGE to the employee
  • 401K (both pre-tax and ROTH style accounts offered), available after 60days. The company has matching program.
  • Profit sharing (qualify after working one year / paid out in December as long as we have a profit / can be put towards 401K)
  • Major Holidays paid
  • An employee will begin to earn and accrue PTO on the first day of employment and is eligible to use accrued PTO beginning on the 90th calendar day of employment.

Salary : $50,000
