Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Impact Staffing International (ISI) is looking for a skilled Senior IT Project Manager with 5 years of experience in managing data-driven projects, ideally involving data lakes or data governance, in Irving, Texas. This position is a contract role responsible for leading a team of analysts and data scientists through the completion of a 6-month project. This role involves overseeing the entire Data360 program, including project timeline creation, budget management, and the development of the client’s data lake, data domains, use cases, analytical projects, and data governance initiatives. The Senior IT Project Manager will coordinate closely with the client’s IT PMO and their project managers, ensuring smooth alignment and progress across teams. Clear communication with clients and stakeholders is essential. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Iterative development, with the ability to select the most suitable approach for each project. This onsite position requires a presence from 8 AM to 5 PM daily. Industry knowledge, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key for success in this role.

Required Skills And Background
- 5 years of experience in managing data-driven projects, with expertise in data lakes or data governance.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Iterative development
- 5 years of strong leadership experience and managing a team
