Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Impact Staffing International (ISI) is seeking a CRM & Sales Technology Manager for our client in Fort Worth, Texas—one of the nation’s top 20 largest independent insurance brokerages. This is a full-time role where you will oversee and evolve our client’s integrated technology stack—including Salesforce, Groove, and ZoomInfo—while ensuring platforms are optimized, continuously enhanced, and effectively adopted by producers. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for all technology vendors and engineers, manage Salesforce as a project owner, and partner with data analysts to deliver actionable reporting and insights. You will bridge the gap between technology, reporting, and training by ensuring enhancements are supported with adoption strategies and measurable ROI. You will lead vendor strategy sessions, evaluate new technology solutions, manage contract renewals and license allocations, and represent our client’s priorities in vendor sync calls. As the Salesforce project owner, you will define the vision and roadmap, translate business challenges into requirements, and manage system changes, workflow automation, and integrations. You will also aggregate and analyze large datasets across Salesforce, Groove, ZoomInfo, and external sources to surface insights on producer activity, pipeline health, and adoption trends. Additional responsibilities include designing and delivering training in partnership with the Training & Development team, creating updated tutorials and guides, delivering demos for new hires and leadership, and providing responsive support to producers. In this position, you will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership—proactively communicating updates, identifying opportunities for competitive advantage, and ensuring technology decisions accelerate sales velocity and producer efficiency.

Required Skills And Background
- 3–5 years in CRM administration, sales technology management, or enablement (Salesforce strongly preferred).
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with engineers/consultants.
- Experience collaborating with data analysts, BI/reporting teams, or revenue operations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (reports, dashboards, workflows, admin functions).
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Groove or similar).
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms.
- Strong ability to conduct demos, train users, and present to leadership.
- Analytical skills to translate large datasets into actionable insights.
- Strong troubleshooting and scalable solution design capability.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent.
- Experience with ZoomInfo or similar data intelligence platforms.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and producer enablement.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically about improving platforms and workflows.
- Strong vendor management, project ownership, and change management skills.
