We are a publicly listed company seeking a Sales Manager to expand our presence in the oil & gas and industrial sectors. This role is ideal for a sales professional who brings strong industry experience, client relationships, and a proven track record of growing key accounts. You will play a vital role in driving revenue, developing new markets, and collaborating across technical and operational teams. This is a strategic role with high visibility and growth potential.
- Lead sales initiatives and key account growth within the oil & gas industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, decision-makers, and purchasing teams
- Drive new business by leveraging your existing network and market knowledge
- Partner with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver customer-specific solutions
- Travel frequently to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events
- 5 years of sales experience in the oil & gas, energy, or industrial manufacturing sector
- Strong network of industry contacts, decision-makers, and purchasing influencers
- Ability to read and interpret GD&T, industrial drawings, and understanding of machineray processing
- Background in fasteners, machined components, or mechanical assemblies is a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high adaptability; able to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Supply chain or sourcing knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or Business)
- Willingness to travel as needed (30–50%)
