Our client is an organization in the Dane County area that’s looking for a HR Generalist Our client is looking for someone with 3 years of experience, organized, and who has exceptional communication skills. The salary for this position is $65k - $85k.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes for hourly manufacturing roles
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth new hire experience
- Administer payroll and benefits-related processes while serving as a resource for employee questions
- Act as a day-to-day HR point of contact for employees and leaders across the organization
- Support HR operations and maintain accurate employee information within the HRIS system
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies within HR systems and workflows
- Support talent development and retention strategies to strengthen organizational effectiveness
The HR Generalist will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bilingual Spanish skills required
- 3 years of HR experience required
- Associate’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Experience with benefits, onboarding, and general HR operations
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working within an HRIS system and improving processes and efficiencies
