Responsibilities:
- Process weekly union payroll for a high volume of employees
- Maintain payroll records and verify hours, wages, deductions, and union-related pay requirements
- Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure compliance with union agreements and company policies
- Collaborate with HR and management to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
Requirements:
- High volume payroll processing experience required
- Construction industry experience required
- Union payroll experience highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail
