- Partner with another payroll specialist to support both union and non‑union payroll
- Accurately interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements to payroll calculations
- Prepare payroll reports for internal review and distribution
- Process and reconcile payroll taxes to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prior experience processing payroll in a mid‑to‑large employee environment
- Exposure to union payroll and working with collective bargaining agreements preferred
