• Base Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
• Performance Bonuses & Commission
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 - $90,000
Position Overview
TORQ Coatings is hiring a Rehash & Follow-Up Sales Specialist to help turn missed opportunities into closed business.
Every month, homeowners meet with our Design Consultants and receive estimates for their projects. While some move forward right away, many need additional time, information, or reassurance before making a decision. In this role, you’ll reconnect with those homeowners, address concerns, answer questions, overcome objections, and help guide them toward the right solution.

What You’ll Do
• Follow up on unsold estimates through phone, text, email, and CRM campaigns
• Contact homeowners within 24-48 hours after their consultation
• Review proposals and identify opportunities to re-engage prospects
• Handle pricing objections, timing concerns, financing questions, and competitive comparisons
• Schedule revisit appointments when necessary
• Present financing options and promotional offers
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and follow-up activities
• Work closely with Design Consultants and Sales Leadership
• Generate referral opportunities from existing prospects
• Reactivate aged leads and past estimates
• Assist with inbound sales opportunities as needed

Ideal Candidate
• Previous sales experience required
• Home improvement experience preferred
