PROJECT MANAGER

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience)
Performance Bonus Opportunities Available
Growth Path: Production Manager → General Manager
Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Some early mornings, jobsite visits, and occasional Saturdays as needed.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager to help oversee field operations, support our installation crews, communicate with customers, and ensure projects are completed successfully from start to finish.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a leader.
This role is ideal for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work with their hands when needed, while also leading teams, solving problems, and taking ownership of project outcomes. Whether it’s stepping onto a jobsite to help an installer, supporting a large project, or learning the floor coating installation process from the ground up, this person leads by example. This role also requires availability for early morning starts and one to two Saturdays per month.
The Project Manager serves as the bridge between our customers, installation crews, and leadership team. You will help oversee projects from start to finish while learning every aspect of the concrete coatings installation process.
We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for mistakes, communicates effectively, hires and develops great people, manages team members with accountability, and serves as a professional buffer between installers and customers.
This position is designed to develop into a Production Manager role, with the long-term opportunity to grow into a General Manager position as the company continues to scale.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Project Management
• Oversee projects from production handoff through completion
• Conduct jobsite visits and quality inspections
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within company standards
• Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges
• Assist with production scheduling and capacity planning
• Coordinate project changes and field adjustments
Crew Leadership
• Serve as the direct support resource for installation crews
• Help train, develop, and coach installers
• Reinforce company installation standards and SOPs
• Monitor crew performance and productivity
• Promote safety, accountability, and professionalism
• Assist with onboarding and training new installers
Customer Experience
• Serve as a point of contact throughout the installation process
• Communicate project updates and timelines
• Address customer concerns and questions
• Conduct final walkthroughs when needed
• Help ensure a five-star customer experience
Production Support
• Learn all TORQ coating systems and installation methods
• Understand job costing and production efficiency
• Assist with inventory management and material planning
• Support warranty and service work as needed
• Help improve field operations and installation processes
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
This position will receive hands-on training in:
• Concrete preparation and grinding
• Crack and surface repair
• Polyurea installation
• Polyaspartic installation
• Moisture mitigation systems
• Flake floor systems
• Commercial coating systems
• Production scheduling
• Crew management
• Job costing and profitability
• Customer service and project management

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Home improvement industry experience
• Concrete coatings experience is a plus but not required
• Experience managing field teams preferred
