What You’ll Be Doing
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
* Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and social media
* Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
* Conduct initial phone screenings
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
* Maintain recruiting pipelines and candidate tracking systems
* Learn how to recruit top performers across sales, operations, marketing, and leadership positions
Human Resources
* Assist with employee onboarding and orientation
* Help prepare and organize employee documentation
* Support new hire training and onboarding processes
* Assist with employee engagement and culture initiatives
* Learn HR compliance and best practices
People Operations
* Track recruiting and hiring metrics
* Help build recruiting scorecards and dashboards
* Assist with process improvement projects
* Support leadership with organizational growth initiatives
* Learn how a rapidly growing company scales its people and culture
