Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall plant operations, including production, quality, safety, and maintenance.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve production targets and business objectives.
- Oversee plant budget, cost control, and capital expenditure projects.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing plant team.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Optimize resource allocation and production scheduling to meet demand.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations leadership.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, and cost control.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate large teams.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, quality management systems (e.g., ISO), and environmental compliance.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, Industry 4.0)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Fluency in a second language relevant to the operational region or global business
