Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Manage maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Oversee all corrective maintenance activities, prioritizing repairs to quickly resolve breakdowns and restore production.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies within the maintenance department.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and maintenance processes.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work order management, asset tracking, and data analysis.
- Proven experience managing a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and automation (PLCs).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Experience managing departmental budgets and controlling maintenance costs.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.
- Experience with advanced CMMS administration, optimization, or implementation.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience implementing Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience managing capital projects.
- Background in energy management, sustainability initiatives, or facility upgrades.
