Key Responsibilities
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of equipment failures to identify permanent corrective actions.
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and programs.
- Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Analyze equipment performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and implement engineering design changes to enhance equipment reliability and maintainability.
- Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance and operations teams on reliability best practices.
- Support capital projects by ensuring reliability principles are integrated into new equipment selection and installation.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- 3 years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Proven expertise in applying reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, RCA, and CBM
- Strong analytical and statistical skills for interpreting data and identifying reliability opportunities
- Experience with CMMS/EAM systems for tracking assets, work orders, and maintenance history
- Advanced programming skills (Python, R, SQL) for data analysis and tool development
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience implementing AI/ML solutions for predictive maintenance
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
