Key Responsibilities
- Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, deviations, and bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and specifications.
- Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure processes comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.

- Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with automation systems (PLCs, SCADA) or robotics
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for process layout and equipment design
