Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Lead cost accounting functions, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis.

- Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Comprehensive understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial compliance for a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with advanced planning and budgeting software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and their integration with ERP.
