Influencer Marketing Manager

A leading lifestyle brand at the intersection of culture and community in the Greater Phoenix Area is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to drive content strategy, influencer engagement, and social growth across digital platforms. This role blends creativity with strategy - acting as both content architect and on-camera brand ambassador - while cultivating community, amplifying product stories, and creating authentic connections that fuel engagement and direct-to-consumer growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead platform-specific strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Discord, and emerging channels.
  
• Act as an engaging, charismatic on-camera presence to drive storytelling, virality, and community connection.
  
• Oversee content ideation and production, ensuring consistent tone, aesthetic, and cultural relevance.
  
• Manage and mentor a small team of community managers, coordinators, and ambassadors.
  
• Build and scale influencer and ambassador programs into the broader social roadmap, including relationship management, consulting, and performance tracking.
  
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative teams to showcase launches, activations, and lifestyle storytelling.
  
• Translate B2C trends and cultural signals into high-performing, innovative content and scalable campaigns.
  
• Build and maintain analytics dashboards, reporting on KPIs including engagement, growth, conversions, and retention.
  
• Champion a collaborative, consulting-oriented approach with digital-first brand narrative that inspires and expands community, internally and externally.
  
  

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• 6–8 years of experience leading digital content development influencer marketing efforts 
  
• Extensive collaboration experience with cross-functional teams, consultants, and external partners to align social with business objectives.
  
• Proven record of driving direct-to-consumer performance through content and community growth.
  
• Strong on-camera presence; demo reel or portfolio samples strongly preferred.
  
• Expertise in social and analytics platforms (Meta Suite, TikTok, GA4, etc.).
  
• Deep understanding of digital culture, influencers, and community engagement.
  
• Experience managing teams, freelancers, and creator partnerships.
  
• Creative instincts, cultural awareness, and the ability to blend brand storytelling with performance-driven content.
