We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to join Elevation Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, a passion for marketing, and demonstrated experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) tools and techniques to enhance project outcomes. As a Project Manager, they will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, financial management, and delivery of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple project schedules from inception to completion.
- Review project schedules with operations, creative teams, digital, account services, and other relevant internal stakeholders to ensure they are accurate and maintained.
- Create estimates in partnership with the VP of Agency Operations based on the project or creative brief and deliverables needed.
- Track project deliverables and change orders needed from contracted SOWs based on what is outlined and agreed upon with the agency and client.
- Monitor project progress, hours used per SOW and adjust as needed daily to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are executed.
- Build jobs in the project management system based on estimates and timelines.
- Utilize AI-powered project management and collaboration tools to optimize scheduling and workflow automation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects adhere to agency standards and best practices.
- Perform quality assurance on all client deliverables.
- Incorporate AI-based quality assurance tools to enhance deliverable accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with the VP of Agency Operations to allocate internal and external resources in accordance with the project pipeline.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, critical materials, and updates to maintain workflow momentum.
- Pull project reports when needed from the project management system on progress.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Previous agency project management experience.
- Project Management Training Certifications preferred (i.e., PMI, PMP etc.).
- Experience creating project plans & estimates.
- Experience building & maintaining schedules.
- Experience with project management software, specifically Workamajig, is a plus.
- Experience with AI-enabled project management platforms and collaboration tools.
- 3-5 years of project management experience.
- Understanding of creative (copy & design), digital (websites), and media (planning & reporting) deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work well with all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

In Office Culture
At Elevation, we enjoy being in office together and we are passionate about culture, collaboration, learning and the community that it creates, and we are looking for employees who value this as well. We were meant to work together, not alone!
All our roles are full-time on-site roles, with two work-from-home days a month or four half days a month and we are flexible when it comes to “life emergencies” that requires additional flexibility from time to time. We are closed between Christmas and New Years.
We do offer flexible hours based on client demands and department structure and typically that means an employee may be able to start at any time between 7 AM and 9 AM and finish between 4 PM and 6 PM.
Compensation & Benefits
Elevation strives to provide some of the best agency compensation and benefit packages in the great southwest. The salary range for this position will vary depending on experience and skills outlined above but is projected at $70,000 - $82,500 . The job is in Gilbert, AZ (just off Loop 202 expressway) and less than one mile from over 50 restaurants. Elevation pays for 95% of employee’s life, health and long-term disability insurance. Elevation offers vision, dental and a variety of other benefits that an employee can purchase. The kitchen area is full of free snacks and beverages. Tuition reimbursement is available.
