We’re looking for a seasoned Account Manager with 4 years agency experience. This position’s ultimate responsibility is to work with our team and our clients to help guide clients through their engagement with our agency while ensuring the alignment of B2B marketing strategies with overall business goals for each client they serve.
The position will help manage, plan, develop and execute both traditional and digital marcom programs for national and international B2B clients. Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: the ability to lead B2B traditional and digital marketing clients and their businesses plus working as a team on larger Fortune 500 accounts to help drive strategic and tactical digital execution.
- Traditional Marketing: working with clients to execute research, strategy, GTM plans, and tactics across industries, channels with global reach.
- Digital Marketing – working with others inside the agency to develop online digital B2B marketing plans, manage small and large branding projects and bringing marketing-based solution to the table to help our clients met their objectives.
- Budgets: Manage digital paid media budgets of both small and large clients, up to $5MM annually.
- Account & Project Management: manage projects, digital and some traditional marketing campaigns and budgets to ensure that projects and campaigns meet clients and agency expectations.
- Review & Delivery of Agency Output – reviewing and authorizing final deliverables for clients to ensure they are on brand, on strategy and on message..
- Client and Staff Communication – staying connected to agencies clients and to the account staff and teams they serve to meet the fast-changing needs that arise around delivering great B2B digital work.
- In Account & New Business Growth – Helping support new client opportunities as sourced by the business and account services team.
More Details
- Serve as proactive communication conduit between Clients, traffic managers, digital teams and strategy.
- Prepare project briefs/plans for internal and external teams.
- Account Manage large and small clients
- Regular communication with clients and Elevation staff on project/account status
- Involvement in regular account meetings, new business presentations, digital strategy sessions, budgeting reviews, etc.
- Assist in the writing of SOW’s project and creative briefs.
- Ensure client satisfaction and swift problem resolution
- Work with multiple team members including digital, creative, pr, social, content and others to help ensure great execution.
- Make decisions based on company standards with no oversight
Experience and Skill Sets
- 4 years of proven digital and/or some traditional account and client management skills. If you don’t have agency experience, then please do not apply for this position.
- Degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, digital marketing, communications or related field
- Ability to communicate and present with energy and certainty to clients, internal staff and the executive team
- Competence in independently initiating and executing both online and offline marcom efforts
- Problem solver
- Outgoing personality with ability to build, maintain and grow client relationships
- Excellent multi-tasker
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter and learn quickly, thoroughly and in detail
- Expertise in the ability to lead and foster successful lines of communication
- Experience with Workamajig project management software is a plus
- Ability to provide tracking/reporting metrics for clients
- Must be able to react and adjust to change quickly environment

In Office Culture
At Elevation, we enjoy being in office together and we are passionate about culture, collaboration, learning and the community that it creates, and we are looking for employees who value this as well. We were meant to work together, not alone!
All our roles are full-time on-site roles, with two work-from-home days a month or four half days a month and we are flexible when it comes to “life emergencies” that requires additional flexibility from time to time. We are closed between Christmas and New Years.
We do offer flexible hours based on client demands and department structure and typically that means an employee may be able to start at any time between 7 AM and 9 AM and finish between 4 PM and 6 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
Elevation strives to provide some of the best agency compensation and benefit packages in the great southwest. The job is in Gilbert, AZ (just off the Loop 202 expressway) and less than one mile from over 50 restaurants. Our business is all about collaboration, so we do not offer telecommuting currently, but we do offer flex hours depending on the position and clients. Employees can start at any time between 7 AM and 9 AM and finish between 4 PM and 6 PM based on client demands and department structure. Elevation pays for 95% of employee’s life, health and long-term disability insurance. Elevation offers vision, dental and a variety of other benefits that an employee can purchase. The kitchen area is full of free snacks and beverages. Tuition reimbursement is available. The salary range for this position will vary depending on experience and skills outlined above.
