Required
- 4–6 years of experience in
- UX design
- Product design
- User experience strategy
- Strong understanding of
- UX principles
- User-centered design
- Usability and accessibility
- Experience building or managing design systems
- Experience working with product and engineering teams
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Experience in remote teams
- 10–15 hours per week
- Flexible schedule (with collaboration across teams)
- Participation in design and strategy discussions required
- Fully remote
- Leadership experience in UX and product design
