Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Source candidates across platforms
- Volunteer platforms
- Social and community networks
- Build and maintain a strong, continuous talent pipeline
- Proactively identify and engage candidates
- Support posting roles across platforms
- Ensure job postings are clear, accurate, and aligned
- Promote roles through targeted outreach
- Review applications and resumes
- Conduct initial screening conversations

- Serve as first point of contact for candidates
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Maintain a positive, engaging experience
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers
- Align sourcing efforts with role needs
- Provide insights on candidate flow and trends
- Track pipeline performance and conversion rates
- Identify gaps and adjust sourcing strategies
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes
This role is for someone who

Required
- 1–3 years in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications
- Experience sourcing on LinkedIn or similar platforms
- Experience in nonprofit or volunteer environments
- Experience working in remote teams
- 8–12 hours per week
- Flexible schedule (aligned with recruitment needs)
