What You’ll Own
Training Program Leadership & Delivery
- Lead organization-wide training programs, including
- Onboarding training
- Annual HR training (required for all volunteers)
- Role-specific training initiatives
- Ensure training is

- Design and deliver leadership initiatives
- Emerging leader programs
- Leadership readiness pathways
- Coaching and mentoring frameworks
- Identify and develop high-potential volunteers
- Build a strong and sustainable leadership pipeline
- Oversee development and delivery of learning programs
- Maintain training schedules and program structures
- Ensure alignment with organizational priorities
- Partner with onboarding teams to embed structured training
- Ensure new volunteers are equipped for success
- Continuously improve onboarding experiences
- Ensure completion of required training programs
- Track participation and completion rates
- Partner with HR Analyst to monitor training data
- Maintain visibility into compliance
- Assess training effectiveness through

This role is for someone who

Required
- 3–5 years of experience in training, leadership development, or HR
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Experience with leadership development or coaching
- Experience in remote or distributed teams
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR – preferred)
- 10–15 hours per week
- Flexible schedule (aligned with training delivery and initiatives)
- Participation in HR leadership coordination required
- Fully remote
