Job Title: Collections Analyst (Associate Level)
Pay Rate: $20–$21/hr (W2)
Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM MT
Work Location: Hybrid—In-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at the Draper, UT Interviews: Conducted via Zoom
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Collections Analyst to join a high-performing team focused on optimizing collection efforts and supporting critical financial goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid environment, brings strong customer service and analytical skills, and can work both independently and collaboratively.
What You’ll Do
- Support collection activities to ensure timely resolution and account accuracy
- Apply investigative and analytical skills to identify and address payment issues
- Collaborate within a small, results-driven team to meet financial targets
- Learn and adapt to new procedures as the business evolves
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of direct collections experience, ideally within ecommerce, payments, financial services, or similar industries
- Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt, and follow new processes
- A logical and rational thinker with solid data analysis and investigative capabilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with payment processing methods, including ACH, checks, digital wallets, international payments, virtual cards, and credit cards
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management
