🔎 About the Role
As a Collections Analyst, you’ll:
- Support the collections team in executing strategic and operational initiatives.
- Review accounts, determine the best approach, and execute plans to maximize revenue.
- Contribute individually and as part of a collaborative team to optimize collection efforts.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of direct collections experience (preferably in ecommerce, payments, or financial services).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Analytical thinker with data analysis and investigative skills.
- Customer-centric mindset and adaptability to new processes.
🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of payment processing methods (ACH, check, digital wallet, international payments, virtual and credit cards).
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management.
