As part of the Collections team, this role supports the execution and delivery of strategic and operational initiatives. The team manages the end-to-end collections process across multiple business units and is responsible for reviewing accounts, determining the best outreach strategy, and executing plans that bring in the maximum amount of revenue.
The ideal candidate has hands-on collections experience, a strong customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on a small but high-performing team to meet critical financial targets.
We’d Love to Chat If You Have:- 1–2 years of direct collections experience (ideally in eCommerce, payments, financial services, or a similar industry)
- Proven ability to learn, adapt, and train on new processes and procedures
- Strong logical and analytical thinking with data analysis and investigative skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of payment processing methods (ACH, check, digital wallet, international payments, virtual/credit cards)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management
- In-office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
- Hybrid: Candidates must be local to Draper, UT (onsite at the headquarters)
- Contract: 5-month assignment with potential extension based on business need and performance
- Interviews conducted via Zoom
- 1–2 years of direct collections experience, ideally in eCommerce, payments, financial services
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
