Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of progressive accounting leadership or Controller experience
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close
- Experience with audits, internal controls/SOX, and ERP systems
- Proven leadership and team development skills
Compensation: $145-150K DOE/base salary bonus
