My client is a Global AI engineering solutions company. The Global Tax Services team supports clients through complex international tax relief processes related to ADR and ordinary securities. This role will support both Relief at Source and Reclaim Operations by ensuring accurate tax documentation, monitoring deadlines, partnering with clients and custodians, and maintaining strong operational controls. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting withholding tax operations, securities processing, custody operations, or international tax servicing.
Pay Range: $43-54/hr benefits

Location: Onsite - Saint Paul, MN 55107
Schedule: 8am-5pm CDT, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
Relief at Source
- Review client eligibility and documentation for reduced withholding tax treatment.
- Prepare, validate, and track market-specific tax forms and supporting documentation.
- Monitor income events, market deadlines, and custodian requirements.
- Support onboarding documentation for future tax relief opportunities.
- Respond to urgent market-driven tax documentation requests.
- Partner with clients, custodians, and internal stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.
Reclaim Operations
- Review and validate tax reclaim eligibility.
- Prepare and submit reclaim packages within required deadlines.
- Obtain certificates of residency and supporting tax documentation.
- Track reclaim inventory through filing, payment, rejection, resubmission, and closure.
- Research and resolve reclaim exceptions and rejections.
- Coordinate with custodians, tax authorities, and clients regarding payment validation and issue resolution.
Minimum Qualifications Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience on tax operations, tax securities processing, tax custody operations, or international tax servicing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review complex tax documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with operational trackers, workflow systems, and documentation repositories.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of ADRs (American Depositary Receipts), Ordinary Securities, Double Taxation Treaties, Withholding Tax Processing, Global Custody Operations
- Experience working directly with custodians, tax authorities, or international tax servicing teams.
- Tax Relief at Source and Tax Reclaim Operations preferred but not a must
