- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Partner with executive leadership to analyze performance, develop KPIs, and drive operational and financial decision-making.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop accounting staff while driving continuous process improvement across the finance organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5 years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience in a Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar role.
