The Comfort Inn Suites is seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Clerk to provide exceptional guest services and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using multi-line phone systems
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
- Perform night audit duties as required to reconcile daily transactions
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest safety, security, and confidentiality
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with guests and staff
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guests
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems preferred
- Ability to handle night audit responsibilities when needed
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations
- Previous hotel experience in a resort or similar environment is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude essential for representing the hotel brand
