- Manage existing customer accounts by maintaining strong relationships, upselling services, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that boost hotel visibility and attract diverse clientele.
- Utilize sales management systems such as Salesforce to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or enterprise selling within a corporate or hospitality environment.
