As a Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant stay. Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor
- Efficiently check guests in and out of the hotel with precision
- Answer incoming phone calls and address guest inquiries promptly
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and special requests
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit tasks when required
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in guest relations or customer service is advantageous
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
- Proficiency in multiple languages is highly valued
