Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 Base Uncapped Commission
We’ve partnered with a fast-growing financial services organization that provides working capital and equipment financing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. They are expanding their business development team and looking to bring on a junior-level sales professional eager to build a long-term career in financial services.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who enjoys prospecting, relationship-building, and qualifying new business opportunities, and who wants to learn from experienced senior sales leaders.
What You’ll Be DoingProspect and engage new small business and dealer partners
Qualify opportunities and funnel them to senior business development leaders
Educate potential partners on financing and working capital solutions
Support onboarding and relationship development with new partners
Manage outreach, pipeline activity, and CRM updates
Collaborate cross-functionally with credit, underwriting, and funding teams
1 years of sales or business development experience
Financial services, lending, fintech, or SMB sales exposure preferred
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and phone-based sales
Coachable, resilient, and motivated by commission
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Uncapped commission with real earning upside
