Position Overview
This is a unique opportunity to start in a support role and grow into a client-facing advisor, operations manager, trader, marketing specialist, and more – depending on your interests, strengths, and the development of the firm. You’ll begin by learning the administrative and operational side of the business, supporting advisors and staff, and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop. The position requires commuting to our office in Blue Bell, PA.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client onboarding, meeting preparation, and CRM updates
- Support day-to-day operations including scheduling, paperwork, and compliance tracking
- Sit in on client meetings and take notes (as appropriate)
- Help prepare financial plans and investment reports
- Participate in marketing initiatives and client appreciation events
- Learn and use financial planning tools and software
- Document client interactions and follow-up tasks
- Contribute to internal projects and process improvements
Career Development Path

- Financial Advisor: Get licensed (SIE, Series 7, 66), manage client relationships, run financial plans
