Eclipse Development is a growing real estate development company focused on multifamily, mixed use, and residential projects in Philadelphia. We move quickly and operate at a high standard. We’re hiring a Development Associate to support underwriting, deal execution, design coordination, entitlement work, and project-level analysis. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Philadelphia.
What you will do• Support underwriting, financial modeling, and deal analysis
• Assist with due diligence, feasibility work, and market research
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
• Help manage design iterations and pre-development processes
• Track budgets, schedules, and project milestones
• Prepare internal reports, summaries, and investor materials
