Sales Representative
Dallas Metro | Field-Based | Monday–Friday 8AM-5PM
This role is responsible for growing and maintaining independent retail and distributor accounts across the Dallas Metro area.
You’ll prospect new business, manage existing relationships, negotiate pricing and promotions, and ensure strong in-store execution through merchandising and displays.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and grow existing independent retail accounts
• Prospect and onboard new retailers, distributors, and wholesalers
• Execute territory sales strategies to hit revenue and growth goals
• Negotiate pricing and promotional agreements
• Coordinate and maintain product and promotional displays
• Track sales and inventory levels and recommend reorders
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
What We’re Looking For
• 2 years of sales experience (food/CPG preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and closing skills
• Comfortable owning a territory independently
• Willingness to be hands-on in stores when needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
