Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology company that empowers medical, dental, and specialty practices with digital payment and practice management solutions. Their innovative platform processes billions in payments annually, helping providers streamline operations and improve patient collections.
What You’ll Do- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to healthcare practices nationwide to spark interest and secure qualified meetings
- Collaborate with Field Sales partners on strategies that maximize conversion rates
- Nurture prospects with marketing assets, webinars, and educational content
- Manage activity metrics, appointment setting goals, call quality, and KPIs
- Provide feedback on market trends and outreach effectiveness to leadership
- Engage existing clients to encourage referrals and strengthen brand advocacy
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of sales, business development, or phone-based prospecting experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a structured day
- Comfortable with virtual presentations (Zoom/Teams)
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar); call automation tools a plus
- Background in healthcare, technology, or financial services preferred
- $50K base salary uncapped monthly commissions
