What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect new partners (equipment sellers & small-business providers) and build relationships from the ground up.
- Qualify leads, book meetings, and hand off strong opportunities to senior sales leaders.
- Onboard new partners and help them understand how to use the company’s financing programs.
- Educate dealer sales teams on working capital and equipment finance options.
- Become the go-to contact for partner questions, applications, and deal support.
- Maintain an active, moving pipeline of approvals, applications, and opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with underwriting, funding, and sales leadership to get deals across the finish line.
- Track activity, report progress, and help identify new ways to grow partner relationships.
- 1 years of sales or BD experience (financial services background is a huge plus).
- Strong phone presence and willingness to prospect daily.
- Relationship-builder who can quickly earn trust with small-business owners.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment.
- Resilient — you can handle rejection and bounce back fast.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces.
- Motivated by growth, commission, and long-term advancement.
