Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing closing documents and files
- Coordinate closing schedules with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
- Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation
- Communicate with all parties to ensure smooth transactions
- Support escrow officers with file management and compliance
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Real estate, title, or mortgage industry OR
- Administrative/customer service role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn escrow and closing processes
