What You Will Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes and turning centers
• Machine pump and industrial equipment components to tight tolerances
• Perform complex setups and all necessary hand operations
• Conduct preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
• Use micrometers, calipers, and precision instruments to verify part quality
• Maintain production records and uphold safety and quality standards
• Guide and support other machinists on the floor when needed

What We Are Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with both CNC and manual lathes and turning centers
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong command of precision measurement tools
• Consistent work history with no frequent job changes
• High school diploma or GED required
