About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to manage real estate closings from start to finish. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient transactions while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 4–5 real estate closings per day
- Review and prepare closing documents
- Ensure compliance with all title and escrow regulations
- Act as primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
- Resolve title and closing issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and transaction files
- 3–5 years of escrow/title/closing experience
- Proven ability to run closings independently
- Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (ResWare preferred)
- Must be eligible for title license and notary
- Must be able to work onsite (no remote)
- Willingness to travel between local offices (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to handle multiple transactions and deadlines

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
