About the Role
We’re hiring a CNC Lathe Setup Machinist to produce precision parts used in pumps and fluid systems. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on machining, setups, and working with tight tolerances.
What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes
• Read blueprints and machine parts to spec
• Perform turning, drilling, boring, and threading
• Work with tight tolerances and precision parts
• Use tools like micrometers and calipers
• Follow quality and safety standards

What You Need

• 3–5 years of machining experience
• Experience with CNC and/or manual lathes
• Ability to perform machine setups
• Strong skills using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers)
• Manufacturing experience
