Meridian Title is one of the nation's largest independent title agencies with over 80 years of experience in providing title insurance coverage, escrow closings, and real estate related services. We're looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team of title and escrow experts. We're currently searching for an experienced Escrow Officer for our offices in Noble and DeKalb county (Albion, Auburn, Kendallville).

Responsibilities And Duties Include
- Expert knowledge of and adherence to the title and escrow transaction processes.
- Next-level customer service and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients
- Management of all aspects of the closing process.
- Efficiently and expediently resolve any title issues that arise.
- Organization, accuracy and problem-solving competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have or be eligible to obtain title licensing from the state.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain notary commission from the state.

- Prior Escrow/Title industry experience required (at least 2-4 years).
- Experience directly handling escrow transactions.
