We’ve partnered with a growing title & escrow organization expanding its presence across Northeast Indiana. They’re looking to add a client-facing Escrow Officer to support a high-volume closing environment across multiple offices.

This is an opportunity to step into a fast-paced, relationship-driven role with clear visibility into future leadership (Regional Manager path).


What You’ll Do:

• Run 4–5 real estate closings daily
• Review and prepare closing documents for lenders and banks
• Act as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
• Ensure all transactions are accurate, compliant, and on schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years in title/escrow closings
• Experience running live closings (not backend only)
• Strong knowledge of real estate transaction flow
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-facing
• Comfortable working onsite and traveling between nearby office
