This is a Client Service Associate (CSA) role with strong exposure to financial planning and client relationship management — ideal for someone who wants to grow within a modern, technology-driven advisory firm.
The team prides itself on delivering a highly personalized, detail-oriented client experience, with a strong emphasis on responsiveness, organization, and care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support to financial advisors and client relationships
- Manage client communications, service requests, and follow-ups
- Prepare documentation and assist with onboarding, account maintenance, and reporting
- Ensure all client interactions and updates are properly logged in CRM systems
- Assist with financial planning coordination and internal workflows
- Utilize planning and technology platforms to support advisors and clients
- Help coordinate client events and engagement initiatives
- Active Series 65 license required
- Experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or client service within financial services
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and financial planning tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Ability to work onsite full-time (5 days/week)
