CNC Setup Operator

Monday through Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What You Will Be Doing
- Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes and turning centers
- Machine industrial components to close tolerances across diverse setups
- Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout production
- Keep accurate production and quality documentation
- Provide guidance to other machinists on the floor when needed
What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on machining experience
- Proven experience with CNC and manual lathe operation
- Ability to run complex setups with limited supervision
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools
- Stable work history — this client values consistency
- High school diploma or GED required
