Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

We’re hiring for a CNC Machinist / Setup Machinist with a growing, well-established industrial manufacturer in Allentown, PA
This is a great opportunity for someone with machining experience who can handle setups, tight tolerances, blueprint reading, and daily precision work. This is not just a machine operator role.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate manual and CNC lathes / turning centers
- Machine industrial parts to tight tolerances
- Read and work from blueprints and drawings
- Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
- Inspect parts and maintain quality standards
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Work independently and keep production moving
- What They’re Looking For
- 3 years of machining experience
- Setup experience on CNC equipment
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to hold tight tolerances
- Blueprint reading skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Stable work history and good work ethic
- $28.73/hr
- Weekly pay
- Overtime available
