Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities for large-scale ground-up and renovation projects
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, safety programmes and quality control
- Coordinate closely with project management, ownership and design teams
- Drive productivity, sequencing and logistics on dense urban job sites
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, schedules and budgets
- Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field staff
- Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors and trade partners
The Successful Applicant
- 10-15 years of experience with a General Contractor or Builder‑Developer
- Proven experience delivering ground-up projects valued between $30M-$100M
- Strong background in multifamily construction (preferred, not required)
- Experience managing large site teams and complex urban projects
- Ability to lead independently while collaborating within a close-knit team
- Autonomy: Lead major projects without micromanagement
- Stability: All work is negotiated with repeat clients - no chasing bids
