Job Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities for large-scale ground-up and renovation projects
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, safety programmes and quality control
• Coordinate closely with project management, ownership and design teams
• Drive productivity, sequencing and logistics on dense urban job sites
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, schedules and budgets
• Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field staff
• Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors and trade partners

The Successful Applicant

• 10-15 years of experience with a General Contractor or Builder‑Developer
• Proven experience delivering ground-up projects valued between $30M-$100M
• Strong background in multifamily construction (preferred, not required)
• Experience managing large site teams and complex urban projects
• Ability to lead independently while collaborating within a close-knit team
