As the Superintendent, you will oversee daily on‑site operations and report directly to the Project Manager. You will play a central role in delivering high-quality, safe, on‑schedule commercial construction projects.
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise day‑to‑day site activities for commercial construction projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to maintain project momentum
- Enforce strict safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Review and interpret plans, drawings, and technical documents to maintain build accuracy
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and support the project team with proactive decision‑making
- Maintain professional communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
For The Superintendent Role, We Are Seeking
- Extensive experience supervising commercial construction projects
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Solid understanding of commercial safety procedures and compliance requirements
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with teams and stakeholders
- Experience with construction management software (preferred)
