Job Description

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates on project progress.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and performance metrics.
